Where I Stand

This office touches our everyday lives—from the accuracy of a gas pump to the cost and safety of the food on our tables. I'm running to make sure that system works the way it's supposed to—for all of us.

Marijuana (Cannabis Policy)

Marijuana policy is decided by the legislature. My job is to make sure whatever Georgia allows is safe, structured, and doesn't leave farmers behind.

Georgia currently operates a limited medical cannabis system, and any broader legalization would require legislative action.

As Commissioner, I will stay in my lane—but I will be prepared.

That means:

  • Ensuring clear regulatory structure so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Protecting consumer safety through testing and labeling standards
  • Advocating for fair access for Georgia farmers, not just large corporations

If Georgia expands cannabis, it must be done responsibly—with structure, safety, and opportunity.

"This isn't about hype—it's about getting the structure right."
