Where I Stand
This office touches our everyday lives—from the accuracy of a gas pump to the cost and safety of the food on our tables. I'm running to make sure that system works the way it's supposed to—for all of us.
Data Centers, Water & Farmland
Georgia can grow—but not at the expense of our water, our farmland, or our future. No blank checks, no blind spots.
Georgia is seeing rapid data center growth, and with it comes real pressure on water, land, and infrastructure.
That doesn't just affect farmers—it affects our water bills, our communities, and long-term food security.
As Commissioner, I will:
- Launch an Agricultural Resource Impact Screen for large developments
- Push for water-use transparency and conservation reporting
- Work with EPD, utilities, and local governments to monitor groundwater in real time
- Establish a public-private mitigation fund to protect agricultural resources
We can welcome growth—but it has to respect Georgia's natural resources and the people who depend on them.
"Growth is welcome. Irresponsibility is not."
