This website is operated by Katherine for Commissioner ("the Campaign"), the official campaign committee for Katherine E. Juhan-Arnold's candidacy for Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture. The Site is provided for informational and campaign purposes, including sharing the candidate's platform, accepting campaign contributions, facilitating volunteer engagement, and selling official campaign merchandise.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, contributors, and purchasers. The Campaign reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. - The contribution is made from your own personal funds and is not made on behalf of another person or entity;
- You are not a federal contractor, foreign national, or otherwise prohibited from making campaign contributions under applicable law;
- The information you provide — including your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer — is truthful and accurate;
- You understand that federal and state law requires the Campaign to collect, verify, and report this information.
The Campaign may collect occupation, employer, and other information required for compliance purposes. The Campaign reserves the right to refuse, return, refund, or decline any contribution when required or advisable for legal, compliance, verification, or reporting reasons, without limitation. Contribution and transaction records may be used for campaign finance reporting, compliance, and lawful recordkeeping as required by law.
5. Merchandise Purchases
Purchases of campaign merchandise through this Site constitute campaign contributions under applicable law. All purchases are subject to the same contribution eligibility requirements described in Section 4 above. Purchasers are required to provide truthful contact and compliance information at the time of purchase. Merchandise transactions may be reviewed for compliance and recordkeeping purposes. The Campaign reserves the right to refuse or refund purchases when required for legal or compliance reasons.
6. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using any form, checkout, or submission function on this Site. Providing false information in connection with a contribution or purchase may constitute a violation of applicable campaign finance laws.
7. Intellectual Property
